not so accurate 😅 .. in eu it drpends how long you worked for that company.. each year is 1/3 of your montly gross salary .. do 20y is around 7 montly salaries

I work for a German corporation and thry did a early redundancy package in Germany to get rid of the oldies. they pay them for next 9 yrs but without benefits etc.they can take it from 55. I never wished to be older than I did then 🤣

lol normally you are on the money with these. My experience is Canada one month salary for every year you have been in the company. UK one week salary for every year you’ve been at the company. So please send me the keys to your house.🙂

Yeah… it’s a bit exaggerated, but this is also the reason, why German companies hate it so hard to give you a contract. There is a billion euro business around workforce agency just to avoid these trouble 😂 so billions for zero productivity 👍 Europe has lots of “great” ideas, but they are usually expensive and not functional 🤷♂️
