omg. the inability to express yourself is so relatable. my sister has begun to be able to tell when I hit my limit of usable hours in a day because my speech starts not making sense and I can't think straight or even remember what I was talking about, etc. Thank goodness that she can recognize it now and back me up as a "hey we need to leave," but I really also wish that fatigue wasn't seen as an "eh, I'm tired too, suck it up" thing. so thanks for this message!!!
