There's a dangerous misconception that driving is solely about operating a vehicle—knowing how to change gears and make it move. This is only a small part of the story. The true foundation of driving is a thorough knowledge of traffic rules. This is non-negotiable for the safety of all road users. In modern driving, the correct first step is to attend a proper driving school. This is where you learn the ten basic rules, road signs, and all the essential regulations that govern our roads. Let's be clear: someone might be able to handle a vehicle, but without knowing the rules, that person becomes a hazard. Unfortunately, we have too many drivers on our roads with little to no understanding of traffic laws, and this contributes significantly to accidents. My advice to all aspiring drivers is this: never skip this crucial step. Do not be in a rush to just "drive." A solid foundation in traffic rules is not an option; it is the most important part of your training. Your future safety, and the safety of everyone else, depends on it. to my own opinion we don't need to blame the driver at all ahh . I won't be surprised when that innocent driver is jailed because they always blame drivers whenever accidents occurs
