Here’s a thought. Why does it have to be at a big venue? With modern tech, why not do something more raw from home or something and live stream it. Low cost. Jesus is glorified the same.

I'm a Christian but my problem with all of this is: 1. no one has a problem with the half time show till people found out who was performing. People who are saying they're upset for religious reasons are also saying he's not a citizen, which is racist because he literally is but also why does that matter? 2. Turning point is using Christ's name to push their narrative but not actively living out Christ's teaching. They've turned this (what you say is to glorify God) into a political stunt. 3. If this truly is about just honoring and glorifying God, stop with the theatrics. God doesn't need pyrotechnics or stunts. Just keep it humble and that's when people can actually be reached, as that's the whole point of this right?

I want to say this in the nicest way possible. How about instead of raising millions to fund a concert, you raise that money to supply food for those who are going to go without because they have no benefits to feed their families. Worship God by being his hands and feet and going out into the community and serving those in need. That would have a bigger impact than a concert.

Cory, I love you, but maybe this is the wrong time for this. Where the TPUSA event screams of racism, it seems wise to avoid the appearance of the same. Not sure this will draw in the people who need Jesus the most. But it would be beautiful to see this as an alternative New Year’s show. What better way to ring in the new year than with Jesus?

These people remind me of the disciples; when they told the woman with the alabaster box that she could’ve sold the perfume and given the money to the poor instead of pouring out her perfume on Jesus. It’s wild how people are questioning the spending of money to make this happen. But won’t ask the same questions towards the NFL. A large enough venue is necessary to make a nationwide and even worldwide impact to viewers. This obviously costs a substantial amount of money. It is a method to spread the gospel. Giving others the opportunity to obtain salvation. Which is more beneficial than FOOD! Everything will pass away, but no one can take away your salvation!

Wish people understood, this should be the NFLs vision. The fact that they won’t drop whatever woke ideology they’re showing, won’t touch whatever WE THE PEOPLE make happen. People are starving in this country, I can’t imagine Jesus’ response would be to throw a concert, I think he would choose to feed the hungry. So maybe consider using donations for that.

I love the vision. But I do think having a turning point event at the same time as your event, I’m concerned that we wouldn’t be united as a Christian faith. Would there be a way to do both at different times? Or potentially turning point allowing you to come in and continue with the praising even after the halftime show ? How amazing would it be if people don’t go back to the Super Bowl but they stayed for you in Forest frank. If the ultimate goal is leading people to Christ for both events There can definitely be two ways to do it, but I think doing both ways at the same time would be counterproductive.

Not everyone is going to agree with this idea, and that’s fine. I love it. Bring on the lights, the tech, the big stage, because God deserves our best. The people calling it “too much” or “not real worship” might need to check their hearts. Worship isn’t about the sound system, the lighting, or the size of the crowd. It’s about surrender, giving honor, glory, and love to the One who gave everything for us. Praise is the outward expression of that love, our joy, our gratitude, and our declaration that He is good. Whether it’s through quiet prayer, a hymn, or a full stadium singing at the top of their lungs, it’s all worship when it’s directed toward Him. Even if some artists, sponsors, or donors are doing it for the wrong reasons, God can still use it. He isn’t limited by motives. He has used broken people and imperfect intentions throughout history to bring about His purpose. If even one person hears a lyric, feels His presence, or experiences His love through this event, it’s worth it. God can and will use anything to draw people closer to Him.
