I’m 55 and started taking this after having MOHS for a Basal Cell carcinoma. This year at my eye exam my Dr said one of my eyes actually improved in vision and asked what I was doing! I’m not 100% sure why or what did it (I also do red light therapy) but my belief is the astaxanthin played a big part in this!
