I was just tested 3 weeks ago mine was positive 1:1280 fevers and my body hurts every where but my other labs are normal. Last Saturday I was started on high dose, prednisone, and hydroxychloroquine. Praying for relief and a DX

ana was negative but low c3 c4 and all the symptoms of lupus , wasn't diagnosed but was put on plaquenil,5 yrs on I'm being sent for repeat Lupus blood tests and a urine one 🤷wondering will the years of plaquenil hide my markers now.

ANA 1:160, homogenous and speckled; positive, high anti-dsdna. All other labs are in normal range. Lots of symptoms. Seeing the rheumatologist for the first time tomorrow. Wish me luck!

A positive ANA never means “it’s nothing” it means something is going on. Not only that but people can have a positive ANA and other labs are normal. People can have normal labs, have positive ANA and no symptoms for years before symptoms start.

1:60, Speckled. But I am in soooo much pain. RA was negative. Lyme was negative, and a bunch of other things negative. But I have sooo many of the lupus symptoms

:my ana was 1:1280 and I have a lot of symptoms (including something that either is or looks like a butterfly rash) so my doctor is seriously thinking it might be lupus, most likely going to find out on another appointment, I'm a little scared
