If you present your receipt to a judge, and it shows the replacement part was ordered prior to the ticket being issued, most sane judges will dismiss the ticket and you will not have to pay a fine.

Good luck. Ford motor company doesn't stand behind its products anymore. That is why its common to have the eco boost knock around 125k - 150k miles. They just dont make them motor any better.

Draw it out in court, keep your receipt from the dealer and bring it up in court. You’ll either still have to pay the ticket or they’ll waive it
