@ctcarra: Honey garlic chicken Chicken (2 chicken breasts) Butter (2-3 tbsp) 1/4c soy sauce 1/4c honey 1/4c water with 1 tsp cornstarch Minced garlic at least 4 cloves (I did more) Garlic powder Salt Pepper Scallions Steamed broccoli Rice Cube chicken (2 chicken breasts) Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey , salt, pepper, garlic powder to chicken. Let sit for at least 15 minutes. Add at least 1 tbsp of butter to pan. Add chicken and cook through. Remove chicken into a bowl. Use the same pan and add the rest of the butter, let it melt. Then add soy sauce, honey mix. Add water with cornstarch. Mix for about 2 minutes. Add chicken back in a mix until chicken is coated. ** if you want sauce thicker take some of the sauce add to bowl and add another tsp of cornstarch. Mix together and add it back to the pan. Still deciding if I like to mix in the broccoli or add it to my bowl and mix it that way . If you do mix it in or maybe bigger pieces.
