Octopus kept sending letters to my Sisters home and even sent debt collectors to her house numerous times even though she isn’t even with them and every time they check her box to make sure it’s not one of theirs. It’s actually ridiculous as she has never been with them

yeh similar issue with British gas, new build paying for a different house which was less apparently even though a bigger house than ours, taken 2 years to get it right then slammed us with a massive bill and sending debt letters and all sorts

we had an issue with octopus, we were paying a set amount every month and it didn’t cover what we were using no one ever told us we were using more than what we were paying for never even sent a bill out in paper,email or the app we ended up owing nearly 1 grand it was horrific luckily we spoke to a lovely lady and she actually cleared it!! we had been battling for months

400 a month!!!! we have a 3 bed, people home all day and ours is 150 a month for both!! 400 is ridiculous!!!

my mums with them she's on a smart meter 400 in credit and theyve now told her she needs to out her bill up to 220 quid a month they bumped it up 70 pound

we've just left octopus and they owe us £250 so far it's taken 6 weeks to get it back from them and still nothing......They were quick to take it off us though 👌
