i can't imagine sa Davao. they are building a first class subdiv called Elize right on top of Shrine Hills where the people aren't even allowed to build two-story houses. so many people who lived there 30 years+ are being displaced, and even those who already have a title and are paying amelyar for so long are being questioned for the validity of their land titles. please help spread the news about Elize in Davao.
