Preheat oven/airfryer to 160 °C 2. Mix granola, peanut butter, and honey/syrup until combined. Press into the bottom of a lined 4-inch springform pan. 3. In a bowl, whisk cream cheese, yoghurt, honey, and egg until smooth. 4. Pour over the base and bake for 25–30 min, until edges are set but centre still slightly wobbly. 5.
