It only changes how your body organizes the throw. When intent drops, mechanics shift. Timing changes. Trunk contribution drops. The arm ends up taking more of the load. So instead of telling an athlete to “back it down,” we anchor return to throw with velocity bands. Clear, measurable output. Not feel. Not guessing. This is how you rebuild confidence.
