In this drill, she plays five balls in a row, each one demanding discipline, balance, and control. Between touches she must hit cones — simulating coverage, recovery footwork, and unexpected movements that happen in real match chaos. The goal wasn’t perfection. The goal was time, composure, and presence: • Move with intention • Stop with balance • Get the ball up — ideally to the center of the court • Repeat while tired, pressured, and pushed That is the true libero life.
