Time to grab that chemex of the shelf This a Recipe incase there are days you need that extra bit of kick from your iced coffee. t) The Receipe is pretty simple . The main ingredients remain the same all you have to do is freeze the Japanese iced coffee which you made a day earlier into ice cubes. Ground coffee : 30 gms ( medium coarse grind And use the same beans which you used to make the Japanese iced coffee). Iced coffee cubes : 225 gms Water : 225 ml Rinse the filter with cold water Add 225 gms of iced coffee cubes Bloom with 60 ml of water for 40 secs At 40 secs pour very slowly (painfully slowly - very slowly) upto 225 ml Our objective should be to finish the pour at 1:45 secs Let the coffee draw down TBT should be between 2:45 to 3:00 mins.
