😞.... Past couple of years have taken its toll .... motorbike crash last Xmas... couldn't even get my son Christmas dinner... lost my job because I can't carry or lift anything because of broken feet and I've just lost my job before Xmas again 😞.... he's 9 and I genuinely feel like a let down... I've spoken to two people all year because I feel like a failure.... in more ways than I can say I'm trying to stand 🙏

I really don’t think people totally understand how hard it is to actually tell a friend what you’re going through. It’s so difficult to actually admit that you have a problem, you think they will tell everyone and you will feel terrible about it! Then be paranoid about your friends talking about you and that will just make you 100% worse, if that makes sense?
