What I did was, We prepared a tenancy agreement for the person to pay rent and for me to also for me to pay him salary.
Both were the same amount example he pays rent of 50 cedis then I pay him salary of 50 cedis and in effect, both canceled each other out.
I also made him sign that, he has no ownership rights and when I want him out, I'll give him a specific duration for him to vacate.
That smoothened the process when I wanted him out

Chief abeg that’s not how adverse possession works. No one can possess a property that you have permitted or willingly entrusted in their care. Adverse possession is guided by Section 10 of the Limitations Act, 1972 NRCD 54. What we call a licensee or caretakers cannot assert a right of adverse possession. It’s good to educate but let’s not do that with limited information that misleads people and creates fear and panic

I have a 99 years lease but a dead chief son sold my land to someone and he made a foundation platform but stopped because land commission told him it was my property and I gave him a written notice to evacuate but he is adamant.I have a building permit from the assembly to go ahead to build including a search report attached.The only thing to do is to go to court but that's what I don't want.I have over 4,000 blocks on site.Advice .
