Good advice, inspection costs can sometimes be negotiated after the signing of a contract (see inspection contingency clause) also it’s SO important (now more than ever) to INTERVIEW your realtor first before hiring them, buyers have to pay their agents out of their own pockets now (in California for sure) and whatever work that realtor has done for you must be paid for. So yes, make sure the realtor/real estate agent is vetted before hiring.🫶🏾☺️
