The mini isn't indicating because hes not changing lanes, its simply moving over to avoid the parked cars. The Lamborghini hits it at speed making it swerve more into the other lane towards the centre.

Insurance lawyer here. People pointing out the illegal lane change, it would only count against the mini if the Lambo’s overtake was considered a safety manoeuvre, which based on this footage, no lawyer would argue it was. The Lambo could’ve easily held back but chose not to. The mini would get a warning or a small fine for the lack of indicating, but the response of the Lambo would be viewed as needlessly extreme and unnecessary.

Lamborghini is at fault, onus on him to overtake safely. Despite not indicating, the mini was already in the right lane when the Lamborghini tried it on.

If you noticed the mini didnt indicate… you should be able to notice the Lambo also never uses the indicator 😑

The mini didnt need to indicate. There were cars obstructing the left lane. Which means you HAVE to switch lanes. It isnt a choice. And the right lane was free so the mini was supposed to do that. The lambo should have just waited. But also the issue wasnt with him overtaking. It was with him merging back TOO QUICKLY. So entirely lambos fault

Mini failed to indicate, lambo cut off car behind at excessive speed to take over mini, mini impacted with lambo before passing. Lambo at fault. I worked in insurance for 10 years.
