@christy.cooks: Chinese sausage, eggs and rice - so simple and one of my favorite go to meals! 1 package of Chinese sausage (my fav brand is California Sausage) Eggs Oil/Butter for cooking Knorr seasoning sauce, Mountain Soy Soy, Maggie Sauce or regular Soy Sauce Boil the Chinese sausage for 20 minutes. Cut slits in the sausage then air fry at 350 degrees for about 3 minutes per side or until crispy. Cooks eggs to your liking then serve with steamed rice. #EasyRecipes #chinesesausage #recipes
