Full Recipe In Caption 👇 Korean Philly Cheese Steak: Ingredients: Bulgogi Beef: - 2 Lbs Korean Short Ribs - 2 Tsp Salt - 1/8 C Brown Sugar - 1/8 C Rice Vinegar - 1/4 C Soy Sauce - 2 Tbsp Gochujang - 2 Cloves Garlic (minced) Cheese Sauce: - 8 Slices American Cheese slices - 1/4 C Milk - 2 Tbsp Gochujang Other: - Hoagie Bread - Green Onion Method: 1. Begin by slicing the bones off your short ribs. Using a heavy object, tenderize the meat and flatten it. 2. Once flattened, slice into thin strips. Lightly salt the short rib before placing into a hot lightly oiled pan 3. Cook the beef until golden brown and delicious, then remove from the pan. 4. Add the brown sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce and gochujang into the same pan and stir until combined. 5. Reduce the sauce on medium low heat until slightly reduced, thickened and syrupy. 6. Once fully reduced, add 2 cloves of raw minced garlic, stir, then add the meat back into the sauce. 7. Allow meat to combine with sauce for 1-2 minutes then remove from heat. 8. In a small pot, combine the cheese sauce ingredients and heat on medium low until fully melted and combined. 9. Toast your hoagie bread and slice your green onion on a large bias. 10. Assemble the sandwich by adding a generous amount of short rib, followed by extra bulgogi sauce. Spread the green onion on the beef followed by the gochujang cheese sauce.
