Try 2-3 sets of 10-12 reps workout tips: - keep your core tight - move slowly and controlled - rest as needed between sets - if you have bad knees, and don’t have a mat or a mat isn’t comfortable attempt doing the arm swings with same form sitting down in a chair. for legs, stand behind the chair and do air squats.
