Yeah also if you give access out of still aching pain and longing, they will still discard you again. For me it happened painfuly. He came back after another girl left him and his father was dying. I tried my best to support him through this and ended up being accused of not beilieving that his dad died and got discarded. They respect nothing, not even their parents death, which in my case has been used as leverage to discard. Reach out to a therapist, disappear in no contact and NEVER give access to you again.

My ex tried to get me to react, so requested his engagement ring back(just to see me) told me I'd rather mail it(due to it being valuable) , he demanded I give it back in person, so I left it in the postbox.. He got what he wanted.. Now he's using chat gpt creating songs and posting making me out like the manipulative, toxic, immature, venom, evil person... Still, I am not reacting or giving any emotion to it... I'm on week 2 silence... We were together for 4 years, your channel has saved me.
