Cook: Option 1 – Oven (best for puffing): Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a baking stone or upside-down baking sheet inside to heat. Bake each pita for 2–3 minutes until puffed and lightly golden. Option 2 – Stovetop: Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each pita for 1–2 minutes per side until it puffs and has golden spots. 7. Cool & Store: Cool on a wire rack.
