I think it is going to be quite similar to how Pokémon go handles raids. I believe it’s a measure to make the game challenging after you’ve beaten it. Once you catch the Pokémon it’s level will be lowered bellow a 100

i think the donuts that the new girl makes levels up your pokemon by the level it shows but only for that certain dimension, i saw pokemons level as being yellow and not white
