Quick tip!! Feed a green twist tie through the back and you can secure them to the tree! You can buy green twist ties on Amazon pretty cheap. I did this last year with my red and green velvet bows and they are perfect for reusing. Also, if using velvet, take a lighter and lightly melt the cut ends of the ribbon, then tap with your fingers. It will cool, and seal the ends and they won’t fray!
