definitely don’t live in San Diego but I am a nurse! try assisted living / memory care (depends what population you want to work with). I work 3 12s in MA. I’m sure it would be good money there too. definitely can be busy, but it’s not a “skilled” type of facility so you won’t be doing med surg type of things. it’s more like a “case manager”. I moved into it after bedside & I loooove it😊
