Today’s kitchen: Puff pastry with chicken - so yummy!🥰 | 💛 KIP MIX ▫️500 gr ground chicken ▫️135 gr yellow onion (1 yellow onion) ▫️70 gr red paprika (half red paprika) ▫️15 gr fresh parsley ▫️5 gr salt (⅚ tspn) ▫️4 gr garlic powder (1⅓ tspn) ▫️8 gr ras el hanout (2⅔ tspn) ▫️2 gr cayenne pepper (⅔ tspn) ▫️3 gr onion powder (1 tspn) ▫️45 ml olive oil PASTRY WRAP ▫️540 gr puff pastry (2 rolls) GARNISH ▫️1 egg (m) ▫️15 ml milk (1 tbsp) ▫️black sesame seeds Peel and coarsely chop the yellow onion. Coarsely chop the red bell pepper. Add the yellow onion, red bell pepper, and parsley to a food processor. Do not grind too fine. In a deep bowl, combine the ground chicken, salt, garlic powder, ras el hanout, cayenne pepper, onion powder, olive oil, and vegetable mixture. Mix well. Take the puff pastry and roll it out. Cut it in half and divide the chicken mixture in the length (like a rod) over the puff pastry (185g chicken per roll). Roll it well. Repeat the process. Cut the filled puff pastry with chicken into pieces. Divide the chicken pieces over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix the egg with the milk. Brush the chicken pieces with the egg mixture and garnish with sesame seeds. Put the chicken pieces in a preheated oven at 190 ℃.
