@coffeejesusfaith: Ezekiel 24 was a sad chapter. Ezekiel lost his wife and God told him not to mourn publicly and that carried a powerful message. God was showing His people that their sin had reached a breaking point. What they cherished would be taken away, and they’d be left in silence and shock. What I struggled with at first was why God would take Ezekiels wife when he had been so devoted to God and did everything He asked of him. But now I see taht sometimes God allows deep pain to speak louder than words. Ezekiel losing his wife shows us that faith isn’t just about getting blessings....it is about trusting God even when life feels unfair. There will be moments when things happen and we have do not know why, we lose those we love, or a sickness comes upon us, or a natural disaster strikes but God still has a purpose in it. But just like Ezekiel, we can choose to keep standing, even through the pain with tears in our eyes, knowing that obedience and faith in God matter more than anything else. #churchtiktok #christiantiktok #biblestudy #biblelesson #christianwoman
