Pop-up galore this weekend in Covent Garden London, first stop was @H beauty on Tour circus pop-up. Aesthetically from outside, it was really pretty with plenty of photo ops. The interior could have been nicer, it looked a bit rough but it was fine nonetheless The event was ticketed with walks-in allowed for any no shows and I think it was fairly well organised. Ticketing seemed to work to prevent overcrowding inside the tent where various beauty brands were stationed such as @ELEMIS UKI @Hourglass Cosmetics @VIEVE @Sol de Janeiro @Charlotte Tilbury @YSL Beauty I liked that even for walk-ins they gave the full experience which included giving a paper ticket which I will keep as a nice souvenir. The @EL&N London lemonade drink was ok, shame that they filled barely half or quarter of the cup as some people got less. It felt a bit cheap (as if they didn’t make enough and had to ration it), maybe if they used smaller cups it wouldn’t look as glaring There were few activities across each beauty stand and it was well paced out so I quickly checked them without any long queueing. The only wait was for facials, makeover etc which I skipped. Some samples were given, the biggest chance to win anything big was from @Gisou game (hair conditioner if you got 3 rings in, but anyone playing still got a hair perfume sample) Any purchase came with 3 minis, bigger spend got 5 minis but I wasn’t too impressed with selection. I wish they had more exclusive minis that you can’t get anywhere else, it was a missed opportunity imo All in all, I felt my time was optimally spent there (20mins in queue, 18mins inside). I expected it to be much busier with hours long queueing so this was a good visit.
