This is very true. My gout been inflamed for 1 month and 2 Doctors told me to stop eating red meat, just have a little bit in a week. followed them but nothing happened till I did my Lab and saw that I am border line type 2 diabetes. I cut rice, bread, cherry juice (which they said good for gout) and anything that high in Carb and sugar, I still eat meat and high protein product. Now my blood sugar level is good and my gout is not inflamed. Also, 8 cups of water a day is very important.

coach bakit tumataas uric ko nag fflare up kapag nag fasting ako.. example hndi i stop eating 4pm.. around 8 or 9pm parang may gout na ako then madaling ataw flare up na.

im prediabetic , pano nmn po makalma ang insulin? ng intermittent fasting & caloric restriction (compute by my brother dietician) & 45 minutes walk pero antukin p rin ako after meal.
