Not in USA. 480/277 Brown, Orange, Yellow. We don't Ground a Delta. You can but we don't. Our 3 phase, 4 wire is a wye which is Black, Blue and Red for the ungrounded current conductors and a white for the Grounded Neutral which is always white on a service. A wye is 220/110. 220 across phases and 110 to Ground. A Neutral wire is always first white and then we use Grey. Deltas are always used for industrial because of larger motors and induction.

You have all the wrong colors! Ground is always green and the hot color should either be black red blue or brown orange yellow

Its not abc its fase 1 fase 2 fase 3 you measure 400 volts between them an 230 with the neutral en the correct colours are fase 1 brown fase 2 black fase 3 grey.
