I completely get why Nick was unsure about Joe, but there's no disputing that he (Nick) had an absolute shocker in general in the final. He's clearly intelligent and played a mostly good game, but even if Joe was a traitor, how can he justify not even attempting to banish once more? It's like he completely crumbled in the final

I think BBC did some funky edits to add some shock factor. Alan might have been in Nicks ear all day but we just didnt know. Made Nick/David look silly but made good tv

the difference is there not doing the game for themselves there doing it for charity so nick and david probably though 3 charities benefitting is better than continuing for 1 charity

Unfortunately both Nick and David were tricked by humour. Alan wasn’t even capable of looking them in the eye as saying he’s a faithful, but they all laughed it off and he was still able to survive and win

If you are Nick or David you could have spotted this; Alan voted for David at the round table so must think he's a traitor. He then votes for Joe to go at endgame. David or Nick should spot this and know that he will chose to vote again. (if you think someone else will vote again, you should also chose to vote again). when it shows he was hoping to end, it would be a clear signal he was a traitor.

Nick clearly voted out Joe M because he knew it would make good television. He kneeew it was Alan: he just also knows about making good tv and the money still goes to charity so 🤷

it also annoys me that Claudia said “there’ll be no discussion” but when Alan chose to continue vote he said he thinks it’s joe because he changed his mind on voting david when everyone else just said they still think there’s a traitor, i feel like that’s unfair because he sorta seemed to sway nick and david in joes direction
