Explanation: Umm al-Khair is in danger. Two weeks ago the IOF came to the village in Masafer Yatta with 14 demolition orders. The beduins live there since the nakba in 1948, during which they were expelled from Tel Arad. Since few years the community is under a lot of pressure by the IOF and Settlers from the close illegal settlement of Carmel. 100 structures were destroyed since 2007, lots of olive trees cut and a few weeks ago .Yinon Levi shot the famous activist Odeh Hathaleen (who was an adviser for the few weeks. Levi was freed shortly after and given back his weapon. His settler-friends erected an additional outpost with a few caravans only a few meters from the buildings of Umm al-Khair. "Israel" claims that the buildings affected by the demolition orders were built without any permits (which they deny to give in 99 percent of all cases). The zionist entity uses this strategy to ethnically cleanse and slowly annex especially the rural areas of the Westbank with illegal settlements.
