So they knocked out the wall between the living room and dining room so that the living room only has two walls that are full of windows. Which is not realistically designed for living. Most people have a TV. Were you gonna put that? And all of your heat is gonna rise to that giant attic room that also has skylights which will also increase the heat during the summer.. Except for those horrible stairs, the ADU is designed better. But seriously, a two bedroom one bath house? For 660? I know it’s Portland but I just saw a cute three bedroom two bath for 575.

It's a nice place and I'm sure comparatively the price is good but it's just not worth 660k. I'm sure it'll sell quickly though!

The last place that had skylights had a big mothman problem. Mothman is a huge peeper and if you're one to sleep under skylights on an inversion table naked, I would advise against such a place.
