AMH 3.6. Retrieved 5 eggs 4 made it to day 5 but 1 only got frozen but I’m having identical twins with my fresh embryo.

Low AMH, endo, severe male factor (micro tese needed) and one ovary adhered to cervix so may not be able to access in egg retrieval! Waiting for husbands op and then first round of ICSI early next year. Odds are against us.

I’m 33 with an AMH of 3 caused by endometriosis. One IVF cycle had to be abandoned and the other cycle I got one embryo transferred which was unsuccessful. One month after that failed round I fell pregnant naturally when doctors told me this could never happen. It’s hard to feel hopeful when you are in the middle of it all but I am sending you all the luck I can 💕
