These folks have more financing options too. Like getting using section 1256 contracts which have no $750k-max-deduction cap and about 200 basis better rates by using a different part of the yield curve.

Wow. This is so sad. I feel uncomfortable to “shuffle” my borrowers. Every scenario is different and each client should be catered to and handheld through the process. It’s sad to hear my colleagues are out their pushing and shuffling their clients. 🤦♀️
