My elf primer is so tacky I have to MEGGA set my foundation. I puff puff the powder and then pat pat the face to feel if it’s still tacky 🤣🤣

Yes! Exactly I use a different primer and it’s very tacky and when I put on my foundation, it looks like my skin is peeling it blends with the foundation the primer blends with the foundation and then I have a look of skin is peeling, but it’s not it’s the foundation and the primer you know what I’m saying😵💫
