We live in a tiny farm town and there is only one realtor company out here and the ones in the bigger city don't want to come out here. The realtor here told us to not finish fixing anything in the house or paint or worry about flooring etc. so at this point we don't want to use them. how do we go about selling by owner?

you got to be careful you know real estate agents are salesman so they going to tell you what you want to hear and they promise you things that don't happen be careful out there My dad used to do that he's a wheeler and dealer it's like anything in life you got good ones and you got bad ones hopefully you'll get a good one Good luck

Our agent when we're selling, terrible. Our buyer agent is The Best. It takes so much stress off of you when you have a great 1. If they stress you, get rid of them.
