Easy Recipe for beginners 🥰 Written Recipe. 1. Cooking the mutton 1. Take 1 kg mutton and 5–6 thinly sliced onions. 2. Heat 1/2cup oil in a large pan. Add the onions and fry until golden brown. 3. Preparing carrots and raisins 1. Take 2 carrots, thinly sliced, and 1 cup raisins. 2. Wash the raisins and optionally boil them briefly to soften. 3. In a pan, cook the carrots and raisins on low flame with 1/4 cup water and a small amount of sugar. 4. Cook until the carrots are soft and the raisins are plump and flavorful. 5. Set aside for garnishing. 4. Dum (Final cooking) 1: Layer the cooked mutton on top of the rice. 2: Add the prepared carrots and raisins on top for garnishing. 3: Cover the pot, and cook on very low heat (dum) for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to blend. 5.
