Any suggestions for the best omnipod over patch?! ⭐️Some tips and tricks we have found⭐️: -Spray Flonase on skin after cleaning (then allow to fully dry) to help prevent skin rashes! -After sticking pod onto site, gently hold pod down with one hand and squeeze the fat in front of the pod (where the cannula will be inserted) with the other hand. This promotes proper cannula placement AND makes it hurt less. -We use stickers with the “seatbelt” across the pod to keep it in place. -Basic tip: always label your insulin vial!!!
