I donated money to their Mosque after seeing those videos. I live in the USA and was raised christian but i’m not a christian. I believe in God. I never donated to a religious organization before until I donated to the Islamic Center of Charlotte yesterday.

Jew here: my synagogue was vandalized by neo-na*is when I was 8. The local churches offered no help, but the Mosque opened their doors so we had a place to worship, hosted our Torah in their vault while ours was repaired, and celebrated with us when the renovations were done. I wasn’t surprised at all that the Islamic Center was immediately jumping into action.

When Kenyans were protesting last year, a mosque opened it's doors to shield us from teargas and water canons..... The church closed it's doors and left people outside.

I also remember when Hurricane Harvey tore through Houston in 2017. The mega churches closed their doors while the Islamic Society of Greater Houston was helping every one.

Hi. Kenyan here. When we had our anti-government protests last year, guess who housed us and the medics? Right. The mosque. And guess who closed the gates on us when the teargas canisters were lobbed to the demonstrators ? A freaking church

Did yall see the statement by the Mosque? They posted on tiktok how thankful they were for all the donations and love. One of the leaders is literally replying to every single review himself, thanking people. With all the hate in the wake of Mamdani's success, I'm sure it is so comforting to see this much love and support. ❤️❤️❤️
