Until surgery(if that’s what you decide to do) wearing compression garments. Even light compression will make you feel more in control.

I would suggest a consult anyway. Without knowing how much the loose skin weighs you don’t know exactly how much more you want to lose. It may not be as far away as you think!

From someone who lost half of my weight and had skin removal surgery, compression garments really helped with the loose skin and pain until I was ready to have the surgery
