One thing I loved that they changed is that in the book, the creation actually threatens Victor, telling him that if he doesn’t make him a companion, then he will come back for him on his wedding day. In the book, Victor still doesn’t make the companion and gets married to Elizabeth without telling her about the threat (she also has no idea about the creation in the book), thinking that the creation was threatening him, instead the creation comes back and kills Elizabeth. I thought it was so selfish of Victor to get married to her putting her life at risk. What I love in the movie is that Victor DIRECTLY kills her, when in the book he indirectly does it highlighting more of his selfishness and tragic flaw 🥹🙏
