OpenAI can definitely go bankrupt. It is hemorrhaging money trying to grow, but it lacks focus , trying to offer too many solutions while not being the best at any of them. Only too late, they realize tha focus on the consumer market can get attention but the real money is in enterprise. But that requires solid infrastructure and support like Google has while OpenAi is built on a shaky foundation. In order to slow their cash burn, they probably will end up cutting most of their products and services at some point and replace Sam Altman with a more seasoned and experienced business titan. Then they’ll make money.

If anything, we need data centers and AI centers to be capped or pay a lot more for electricity if they’re gonna jack up everybody’s electric electricity rates
