The only scene that irked me was Carol trying to bash open her door in slow motion with a rock when windows exist.

I feel like I’m missing something because whilst the pilot was incredible i found ep2 slow and a bit laboured… i assume it’s trying to make a comment on American individualism / exceptionalism but in this particular case Carol is… right 😂 and the way the other immunes are acting is insane, which undermines the point.

First episode was great. For me, episode 2 was terrible. Main character is insufferable. I’m just not sure how this is going to work. But I’ll keep watching because I enjoyed the first episode.

The use of yellow in this show is really cool. Carol’s awesome jacket, gardening gloves, even down to the subtitles. I can’t wait to see this story unfold.

everything about this show is Gilliganesque and I love. the opening, the framing, the story telling. That one scene near the start at the airport where so much is communicated with so little. just wow
