I know it sounds weird but I can feel an energy or frequency change when I can sense a spirit almost like a white noise or change in sound . Also my dog constantly looks up and in spaces and as soon as I look at him it goes away. My grandmother also told me play music

At the child and I’m in my 50s now my mother would say if you hear somebody calling you don’t answer. See you calling again or the person appears like your mom or dad never let her chair back-and-forth never walk backwards and other things.

I heard women crying, very settled crying at 3:00 am I live in a house it was very quiet in the house except for sound like a young woman crying. Not loud very quiet crying
