@hope_dealer_: First off…I lost my first 100 #’s with a coach, caloric deficit and walking every day 10k steps. Then I hit a wall for 2YEARS! Dr put me on tirz and I couldn’t believe how sad hazing I felt. Then about 8 months again I had really awful insomnia. Was prescribed Seroquel which ruins the GLP- 1 factor. So I came off the med. I kissed it! I didn’t gain anything but my joint pain was freaking horrible. I missed it. I am not weaned off the Seroquel and back to Microdosing tirz. I’m so happy to be back on the tirz train!!!
