Soak the washed short grain rice in water for 2 hours, then drain and set aside. Soak the goji berries in cooking rice wine and set aside. 2. Heat a pan over medium-low heat, add 1 Tbsp of cooking oil, and stir-fry the ginger slices until golden brown. Add the king oyster mushroom slices and stir-fry until softened. 3. Add the pork jowl slices and stir-fry until lightly browned. Add the crystal sugar and mix well, then pour in 2 Tbsp of black sesame oil and stir to combine. Add the cooking rice wine, stir well, and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt and mix evenly. 4. Pour in hot water, stir, and bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
