Steak Alfredo is pretty easy to make and won’t disappoint! 🤤 INGREDIENTS 2 NY Strip Steaks Montreal steak seasoning 2 tbsp butter 10 oz fettuccini 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 2 tbsp of minced garlic 1 1/4 cups of heavy cream 1/2 tsp each salt and 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese Dried parsley INSTRUCTIONS Boil fettuccini following the directions on the box. In a skillet over medium-high heat sear the steaks on both sides until they are golden brown. Add 2 tbsp of butter to the skillet and use a spoon to pour butter over the tops of the steaks. Place the steaks in the oven to finish cooking to your desired temp. In a separate pan, melt 1 stick of butter over medium-low heat and add minced garlic stirring well. Add heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning. Add 1 1/4 cup of freshly shredded Parmesan cheese stirring until it thickens. Once the Alfredo is to the consistency you like add the cooked fettuccini and stir until well combined. Top with sliced steak. Serve and top with Parsley and more Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
