can’t stop suddenly that will cause it to crash, there’s like 3 ways to emergency stop but it still would have the rotor spinning independently, but being that it was already in the water I don’t think the pilot should’ve went up again, then again maybe he/she didn’t know the tail was busted so he was trying to fix the emergency
